This book was prepared  for students who  enrolled in  foundation courses, specifically in agricultural accounting, agricultural engineering and agribusiness. This book was designed and made suitable for farmers and agribusiness SMEs as well, since this book provide basic guidance for farmers with preparation for farm financial accounting. The language used is simple and precise, and the approach is straightforward and user-friendly in nature. The content focus on assessing biological assets, that is in accordance with Malaysia’s  standards:  The International Accounting Standards (IAS) 41 “agricultural accounting” and Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) 141 “agriculture” by the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board (MASB). The content of this book have been put to practice by our authors in an actual classroom environment. Moreover, to facilitate with the learning process solutions to all questions have been incorporated as a complementary attachment to this book. As well as the use of figures and tables, which will assist our readers with understanding difficult terminologies.  The main objective of this book is to provide additional knowledge for students and practitioners with  recording process in agricultural accounting.
